Q. SHOULD YOU REPLACE OR REPAIR AN APPLIANCE?

A. An old appliance in your home will result in one of two choices. You can either call for appliance repair to try to save money and keep using your current refrigerator, stove, dishwasher or washing machine or dryer or replace the broken appliance with a new model.

Appliances come with an expected lifetime. If your broken home appliance is in the early or middle timeframe of that lifetime, we would encourage scheduling our appliance repair service. If the appliance is almost near the end of its lifetime, we would then recommend replacing it with a new model if your budget allows.

Below are the estimated lifetimes of all types of home appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?

A. Yes. Our service includes a warranty on manufacturer parts and labor. We only use manufacturer parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and all other common appliance brands so we can protect the manufacturer’s warranty. Don’t hesitate to contact us at anytime following our service if problems persist with your appliance.

Q. DO YOU FIX MY BROKEN APPLIANCE DURING YOUR INITIAL TRIP?

A. In most cases. We load all of our vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and the necessary tools to perform our appliance repair service. In the event we do need to return at a later time to complete a repair, there will be no additional service fee. We estimate we can finish over 95% of appliance repair appointments after the initial trip.

Q. IS THERE A WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for our technician to arrive at your residence. We understand how important our customer’s time is so we do our best to ensure we arrive within the early portion of the service window. But, if an earlier appointment or repair goes a lot longer than we thought it would, this allows our technician time to still arrive on time during the service window. Our technicians call 10-15 minutes before their arrival.
